The room was big with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.
New building and rooms in pitiful condition. Favourable location, really close to a shopping mall, really enjoyed this place;))

The hotel served as a charming home base for our trip, and we had a really pleasant 4-night stay. We loved the ideal location close to shopping areas and the abundance of free public parking spots nearby.

The hotel was decent for the price. When we checked in our room had very poor air conditioning so we went back to the reception and they immediately moved us to another room. The breakfast buffet was typical for an average hotel - a few cold cuts, bread and pastries, yogurts, eggs, sausage, etc...
The bar/restaurant food was limited in choice and poor in quality - frozen pizzas, bland sandwiches, etc. Also, the room - while comfortable - was missing some warmth and made me feel like I'm back on my high school trips. I wouldn't really rate this hotel as a 4-star. Finally, there was only one English speaking channel on TV and it was a Japanese news channel in English.

We had a blast exploring the Camí de Ronda path and taking in the breathtaking views. And let me tell you, the range of sports activities was insane! We tried everything from surfing to motor boating to beach volleyball. It was non-stop action and we loved every minute of it. This place is a dream come true for adventure-seeking teens like us!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel and the town were amazing, but as young party-goers, we were hoping for more options to dance the night away.

Very good position, nice area in heart of costa brava , fine design & acceptable breakfast. When we ask to change the room they due to noise they did it instantly.
It could offer espresso coffee not of an automatic machine but manually for better quality. The problem was that is very noisy during the night due to cinemas & billiards that are opposite. Young people drinking in the street in front of the hotel at 3 - 6 am making noice but the hotel staff couldn't do anything.

Great facilities, including spacious and clean rooms with balconies. the staff are very helpful and the food is excellent with a varied assortment. the pool area is beautiful and there is a bar and entertainment for guests to enjoy. the hotel is also wheelchair accessible, making it suitable for disabled individuals. Conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and the marina. Plenty of activities such as boat trips and shows available nearby.
Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.
